We just moved to the area, and every time I come here the staff’s customer service is by far the best I’ve experienced in the area! I had a mobile order today, and their mobile order system was down to the point where they couldn’t see what was on the order. The manager was still kind, she took my order at the window by memory, and still got the order correct. Not missing one thing. You could tell the staff respected her because they expedited my order and I was there and gone in no time. Amazing service, especially in the middle of a lunch rush and everything was perfect. As a leader, I know great leadership when I see it. The staff here is so kind and professional which tells me their leadership is excellent. This location definitely needs more praise. From the ordering, to the cashiers, to the friends making our food and to the manager.. BEST Wendy’s I ever did experience. Thank you all so much!
