- AWAmber W3 days ago1.0Workers are beyond disrespectful. I went to Wendy’s on my lunch at 2:30. I pulled up to the box to order (robot taking the order) so when I placed the order the robot got it wrong, so I said what I wanted again and now it charged me for 2 different meals and I kept trying to explain that, the workers finally come on and yell that they understand what I want I don’t have to keep repeating it, my response was that if they had responded to me then I wouldn’t keep repeating. When I pulled up to the window the girl with the ponytail said “whatchu want!” Again I repeated it and then she slams the windows shut. I watched her slam my drink down on the counter multiple times. And then I could hear her through the window talking about “my white ass” And how I need to get out of the drive thru. I let her know I do NOT wanting anything from this place besides my money back. She slammed the window again in my face, and went and got the manager which I don’t think she told him what was happening because again through the window I heard him asked her why should could not just complete my order, and when he opened the window he started to repeat the order back and when I told him what happened he was in complete shock. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY WENDYS AGAIN IF THIS IS HOW YOU ALLOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TO REPRESENT YOU.

If you look closely around the lobby area, you’ll see flies flying around everywhere. i’ve gone to this location on various occasions for breakfast, lunch or dinner at any given moment the bathroom is always a mess. The last time I went to this location I ordered a bacon double stack and the sandwich came with no bacon and one patty if you value your money, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
