  Not sure how the food is. I never got to order. Guy sitting up on the counter on his phone he could’ve obviously seen me. Somebody talking loud in the back on their phone. I walked out and I don’t think they cared.

  I ordered online like always, got charged twice for my order. Went to go pickup my food they don’t have my order showed them I got charged and what my order was. The only thing they had to say was for me to PAY AGAIN in store to the finally get my food. Walked out of there -$30 when it should only be -$16 AND no food… I’m pissed the owner didn’t care one bit

  I am a Jersey girl and we don’t have this store. I was first introduced to this store when I first moved here and I come every week. I had to start creating my own chia oatmeal pudding because I was coming too much. All the locations are great but this is my favorite because they are so kind and friendly.

  The customer service is fantastic The peanut Paradise smoothie is the best smoothie I've ever tasted and the spinach feta cheese wrap is excellent. I always get great great service

  I’ve been a regular customer for months, ordering the same smoothie and bowl every other night around 8:40pm before my overnight shift next door. My order is usually ready when I arrive since they’re closing up anyway. Tonight I arrived to find the place completely abandoned—before 9pm closing time. Doors locked, lights off, not a soul in sight. They’d already cheerfully processed my payment through the app, of course. Nothing says “customer service” quite like charging someone’s card and then literally leaving the building. Now I get to spend my morning fighting for a refund on food that never materialized. The staff lately has been surly at best, barely able to communicate when they bother trying, and apparently operating under the revolutionary business model of “take the money and run.” If you’re going to close early, at least have the basic courtesy to stop accepting orders first. What used to be a reliable spot has turned into a complete joke. This location has completely fallen apart. Do better, or just close permanently and stop wasting everyone’s time.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
