When I placed my order, I politely asked if any extra smoothie could be poured into a kids cup. The employee explained that there might not be any extra, which was completely fine—I even said so and simply asked for a kids cup regardless. When my order came out, they didn’t acknowledge my request at all. When I asked again for the kids cup, the staff was rude and dismissive, as if I was inconveniencing them for something I had clearly asked for from the start. On top of that, when I first walked in, there was a line of people waiting and not a single employee acknowledged anyone. No “I’ll be right with you,” no eye contact, nothing. The whole team looked miserable, and the energy showed in their customer service. I love Tropical Smoothie as a brand, but this location seriously needs improvement in attitude, communication, and basic courtesy. Definitely not the service standard customers should expect.
