  Clint "Eastwood" was our primary point of contact for our event and he smashed it!! The whole process from booking to paying was not only painless, but seamless. Thanks TopGolf Tampa for helping make my husband's 40th birthday a success!

  It’s a good place to hang around with family, but my experience today was not good as staff stopped my kid for taking his water bottle saying it’s their policy that they don’t allow outside food or drinks. I’m surprised even airports allow kid to take water; because of some people misusing by bringing alcoholic drinks in water bottles you cannot stop a kid carrying his water bottle, TopGolf staff you better get a litmus paper to test drinks if required, I don’t care; you better change this policy. BTW we ordered chicken nachos, chicken was so chewy I had to throw up, not sure how they serve food without checking. I told membership so that I can enjoy some quality time with the family but this turned out to not a good experience.

  I’ve been to this location several times and had a great experience. Positive reviews each time. This time, I went to check in and asked for a bay on 2 or 3. Was told 30 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes to find out they kicked me off the wait list and it would’ve been another hour. They refused to fix it in any way. I went to St Pete location and went perfectly. Not going back to Tampa. Really disappointed

  What a joke! The staff who take reservations are horrible! They called us late to our lane! Started the timer at our reservation time and accused use being late when we showed up 20 minutes early! They were not going to give us our time we paid for until we spoke to management. Our server was AMAZING! If it wasn't for her we would have left! She made our night a little bit better and only her! Good luck if you decide to go to this location as we will not be returning!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We celebrated my oldest grandson Wyatt’s 13th birthday at the Topgolf in Brandon, Florida, and it turned out to be one of the most wonderful parties we’ve had! When his mom made the reservations, they were accidentally booked under two different memberships, which would have placed us in separate bays on opposite sides of the same level. Thankfully, a very kind young man named Josh, who appeared to be in a management position, stepped in and graciously accommodated us by moving our bays together. His willingness to help truly made the day seamless and special. Wyatt, his friends, siblings, and cousin had the best time playing golf — and the parents even joined in! The food was delicious, fresh, and very tasty. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the celebration. Thank you, Reese!! We are so grateful for the exceptional customer service and for helping make Wyatt’s milestone 13th birthday such a memorable experience. Highly recommend this location!
