The flavor of the food was not good. My husband & I thought we would try this place before we went to the movies. We got chips & queso my husband got a pizza & I got the grilled chicken, rice & broc. they called my chicken blackened but it definitely was not it was like a very strong chipotle flavor, very red looking not Blackened & the rice tasted funny. We went on a Fri. night & there were a handful of people at the bar & only 4 tables with people & that included our table. Very dead for a Fri. night. Our bill was $60 & no drinks. We could eat at Outback with an appetizer for less & 100% better quality of food. I was not happy my husband paid $16 for chips & queso, (a little cup) that is ridiculous. Bloomin’ onion is only &10.99! lol We eat out a lot & do not mind spending good $ on food if it’s worth it but this place is definitely NOT worth it!

Worst customer service in Tampa , pizza was disgusting , I had a carryout order for the works pizza and I got home the pizza was not cooked , the green peppers and onions were raw and it was wet and doughy in the middle ! When I called in to complain, Dustin stated “ it was put in the wrong oven” . I mean it was just terrible, like they just dumped toppings on it . The fact that they served it that way is just unbelievable!Choose another place for pizza when in Tampa , unless you like soggy pizza . The Management is unprofessional and Brannon is supposed to be the GM , but I can’t tell he was dressed poorly , sloppy and has no professionalism to him , the guy threatened not to give me a refund ! So not only is he nasty but he likes to play with others people’s hard earned money like a thug and bully , knowing that a refund was justifiable!

I came to this establishment the first time after a movie and everything went well. My second time was a very bad experience. I went in ordered a small pizza took it home and to a big surprise it was raw .. I ordered the works. My husband called to complain and a gentleman said that it was probably put in the wrong side of the oven. The general manager Brannon was very rude to my husband letting him know that he wasn’t getting a refund or a credit! Definitely bad customer service and under his leadership I’m sure this not the first time him Or the staff has had a poor interaction. Heather another manager kept insisting that we obviously made the pizza ourselves and gave it to ourselves as well. She was a joke too. They need new staff that’s skilled in excellent communication, leadership and accountability!

I was eager to come here for football Sunday knowing it’s a big Eagles bar & it’s always packed on Sundays. Go birds 🦅 I was told it was understaffed by our friendly waitress after we waited extremely long for just water & cocktails. When we received the beef nachos there was almost no beef on the chips and somehow they looked like they had been sitting underneath the heat lamp forever from noticing the burnt cheese. Again, our waitress was kind and told us she would get us a side of beef for the chips— but realizing that was going to take a long time and the chips were already going bad, we declined. She also told us that they had just put out a new menu as well so there were some hiccups due to that. Then I ordered the bacon wrapped steak kabobs, those were worth waiting for! We really enjoyed the Cadillac margaritas. Came for the vibe and to watch the Eagles win. Hopefully the staffing issue and menu issues are temporary. I’ll be back in hopes of a smoother experience! Great environment overall. I look forward to a better second visit 🤞🏽

It’s good. It’s expensive, but it’s okay. We went on an off night. Not a lot of people there nor servers at the bar. One server was good, the other was a little impersonal. Otherwise the food was okay, one meal was slightly undercooked but that’s not a major deal. The bigger issue is that with only 4 people at the bar and one table in the restaurant, we waited a substantial amount of time to see a server. Just not great. Not bad, but not great. I got the steak and mushroom flat bread it was really good. The burger looked great, and the beef bacon wrapped things were good. They came out with the meals though, not as an appetizer. Good though, grill and Smokey flavor galore. I would absolutely eat here again, but I don’t think I’d seek it out.
