  I had Tampa Burger Co for the first time when they had a food truck outside my bf’s apartment at Anchor Riverwalk. The sweet potato fries with marshmallow dip is AMAZING! Burgers are delicious & juicy, I like the bacon blue with the jam. So yummy! Just had to go back this week & check out the storefront. The staff is kind & the restaurant decor is great! I’ll be back :) Sorry no pictures, I ate it too fast!

  I stumbled upon this gem when I was looking up a burger place for a friend and I to try, that wasn't far from downtown. Cheeseburgers are his favorite food so i tried to pick something he'd enjoy that wasn't overpriced like most of the downtown options. Once i saw the reviews, photos, and menu, i intuitively knew this place would be a winner. My friend and i tried Heater burgers (which have a spicy disclaimer on the menu) and i was pleasantly surprised at the heat that this burger packs! I also added bacon to it and their bacon is great, which is hard to find at burger spots! Well cooked and not burnt nor chewy, the way bacon should be. 🙌🏽 The fries are skinny and on the crispier side, which i Love 😁 It's a great place to stop if you want a good burger in a laid-back spot that's not overcrowded with the downtown hustle and bustle. We stopped in between 1:30 - 2:30 on a Friday. There's ample seating, it's clean, and the staff are generous and attentive, and gave us free fries! Also I ordered a signature burger to take home for my husband (he's still working and has yet to try it) and meant to order bacon on the sandwich but after looking at the receipt i realized i forgot to, so i asked the man who works there (I'm guessing he's an/the owner) if it would be any trouble to buy a side of bacon and this kind gentleman gave me a side of it, for freeee. 🙏🏽 I expressed my willingness to pay for it but he refused, and it was a very nice gesture that did not go unappreciated (thank you again!). Additionally i asked for pickles on the side and they accommodated no problem, whereas a lot of other burger spots overlook small requests like that (unintentionally I'm sure, but they either forget the pickles altogether or put them on the burger anyway). Also they checked on us to make sure everything was good, which was an added touch of customer service that goes a long way in a culture full of 'get it and get out'. The experience was really refreshing. 🌟😊 In short, The staff is welcoming, the food is on-point, the vibe is relaxed, and the service is impeccable - also Lucy is a sweetheart! 😊 Chill atmosphere full of Tampa pride, great food and great service! Also in case you're wondering, my burger-loving friend weighed in and gave it a thumbs up, and we're looking forward to trying other burgers on the menu - we'll definitely be back!!😁

  This was my first time eating here and will be my last. Frankly, I’m shocked by all the glowing reviews about the food. The burgers are very thin and pretty tasteless. The pickles were the cheap, super salty ones you find in fast food restaurants. The bun had something greasy smeared all over it (it didn’t taste like butter) and tasted awful and was gross to handle. The fries were way too salty and not much potato inside. The burger left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. The only positive review I can give is for the staff, who are super nice and the place itself is very clean.

  10/10 all around. Truffle burger is phenomenal. Cant go wrong with the Classic either. GET THE SWEET POTATO FRIES AND THE SAUCE THAT COMES WITH. Straight up dessert.
