Talkin' Tacos™ started as a food truck in the Miami community, aiming to provide the best Mexican food in South Florida.
But as we grew a larger and larger following, the lines around our food truck became too hard to keep up with.
We knew we needed to expand into a restaurant space to be able to serve our awesome customers more of our famous tacos and Mexican food every day.
Customers frequently praised the food for its delicious flavors and large portions, particularly highlighting the birria tacos and carne asada.

The staff received numerous compliments for their friendliness and attentiveness, with specific mentions of employees like Vivian and Cherish.

Pricing
Some customers noted that the prices were on the higher side, with mixed feelings about the value for money.

There were several complaints regarding order accuracy, with some customers experiencing issues with incorrect items or missing components.

This place was horrible and the food was disgusting. It was extremely greasy and cheap with barely any ingredients within the burrito/taco itself. It is a form of deception! They didn’t even bother giving you salsa with the chips!

Best Mexican food I have ever had in my life 🤤 my coworkers and I stopped by after leaving Busch Gardens and everything was amazing! Guacamole, Mexican street corn, pumpkin horchata, tacos, barria nachos all 10/10. Please come to eastern NC! 😁

The food here is amazing. I've been here 3x and every time has been wonderful. Everything cooked to perfection. The servers have been helpful and are always nice. The art on the inside was great but the music kills the vibe. They always play some awful Puerto Rican/dominican music rather than actual Mexican music. I try not to sit inside because of this.

Nice atmosphere and good food. We had the Birria tacos and quesadilla, among other things. The horchata is also very flavorful. They clearly don't ice it until they pour it, which keeps it from getting watered down. The Birria seasoning was probably one of the better restaurant versions I've had in the Tampa area.

This was my spot ever since I started coming this year I fell in love with the food and told all my friends and family to come here. Everything that I've tried on the menu has been good. Unfortunately, they’ve gotten my order wrong the last five times and I always order online through their site directly from their menu. Yesterday I ordered the Pabellon Quesabirria that’s my favorite thing to eat from there, because I love that you can substitute the protein for steak and it has sweet plantains inside. I got to my car and checked the food before I left since last time I didn’t realize until I made it home 20 minutes away that they gave me the wrong meat and put onions after I selected to take them off. They gave me a regular quesadilla with no sweet plantains. I went back in to let them know the order was wrong and they asked if I wanted the sweet plantains on the side. I stated no I’d like them cooked inside. No problem I didn’t have to wait long when they brought me my order back. Checked it again this time it had onions and birria instead of steak and plantains. At this point I’m annoyed, because how am I ordering something from your menu and I’m the one paying for it and you’re just making it however you want to. So the girl who brought me the order was nice and she apologized, but the girl behind the counter is always looking like she has an attitude any time I ask for avocado salsa on the side or if they mess up MY order. Like she just wants me to take what I didn’t order and go. It’s not your money being spent this specific quesadilla is $16. Now the woman who must have made it is peeking from over the kitchen counter where they pass them the orders to look at me and her and the girl are talking back and forth. Not sure what was being said or why it was that hard to look at the ingredients on the item from their menu to see what it needs, but that was the last straw for me and one thing I don’t play about is people playing with my food. I’m already feeling the heat because I’m asking nicely for you to correct something and now I don’t trust you making my food because how are you upset because you screwing up my order. They finally got it right and I was able to leave after a long day, but I won’t be back to that location and I frequent there 3 or more times a week.
