  This is my favorite taco bell out of all of the taco bells in hillsborough county The employees are always nice and always smile when you serving the customers

  The workers are under-trained and incompetent. Whoever took my order put chicken instead of black bean, and when I asked for the correct order, they argued with me saying their receipt says chicken. I have never had people talk back to me the way they did, and they then had me pay for the correct order. They clearly have had no training or idea of how to work in food service. Awful Taco Bell.

  I apologize I just came through their and thought i was over charged for some steak dipping burritos. But the issue was I wanted a pk of 2 she charged me and gave me 2 -2pks instead of 1- 2pk. Once again I apologize for my mistake hope you all can forgive me went through something this past couple of weeks and it is stressful. Stay Blessed.

  Absolutely worst Taco Bell in North America everything has enough charge even if I wanted a bigger straw in my cup there's an upcharge the customer service is horrible I asked if I can change something and they get an attitude the people that work at that Taco Bell need to be reevaluated retrained and this Taco Bell needs to be shut down

  This afternoon I ordered the new chicken tender taco and it was so good I decided to come back for another round at about 1:30 am tonight and firstly the lady could hardly hear me but once she confirmed what I wanted she still put in in the system incorrectly I wish I didn't force myself to eat it all so I could show a photo but first off my chicken tender was not crispy at all and that's ok but what really pissed me off was that the flavor was weird I ordered 1 chipotle and one avocado ranch ....this taco had no avocado on it and the one that was supposed to have chipotle hardly had any on it there was one tiny piece of purple cabbage on my taco as if they didn't intend to give me any purple cabbage at all and I am basically just eating two ranch chicken tacos and it was disgusting...people are going to think that this is how it's supposed to be made if somebody doesn't tell them to tighten up...them tacos was disgusting compared to earlier this afternoon....I'm angry because I really don't feel like talking to people as I have a mild case of social anxiety so I am on here complaining instead ...I really like the tacos so they need to make it correctly or don't serve them at all ...if items are scarce or missing that's cool I didn't ask for a chicken taco remix ...I wanted what I was supposed to get and I'm disappointed also they girl gave up on confirming if she heard me correctly and just rung up it up all wrong ....🤨 I won't be back to this taco bell overnight for sure if this keeps happening.
