Staff not friendly. Newly remodeled but gross inside. Sticky floor, soda station gross.

Look, it's a taco bell, food is what it is... But they are switching to a no customer service interaction model, fine, but these systems are not finalized and still difficult for some to navigate. So I had trouble placing my order with the touch screen kiosk, and when I asked for help the lady said she couldn't place my order manually, and that I would have to figure it out myself. 1/5/26 1:20PM

Didn't get my order right. Mexican pizza was missing guacamole, potato taco had cheese, missing hot sauces. Still waiting for my refund.

The employee who was taking our order, was talking bad about all the customers when she was unaware we were able to hear her. She had the worst attitude and complained about having to work. Delaney L was the person who took the order and there were two cars behind us that had to leave because of the person who was taking the orders attitude. Managers or those above should look into the service their employees give because we did not say anything since we just wanted to leave but there were people who did vocalize their frustrations. With employees with this service, there will definitely be escalated situations in the future. Although this is only a fast food chain, respect should be given regardless in a service industry especially when paying customers can hear you say you won’t be taking orders before closing times because you don’t feel like working.

Usually I don’t write reviews but this was bad enough to merit some words; TLDR: mediocre food and bad attitudes, you’d be better served elsewhere. My review: Ordered to-go from the app, and when I arrived I was told the lobby was closed and I needed to go through the DriveThru even though my order was literally bagged and ready to go to 3 feet away. Politely asking if I still need to go through the drive through even if it was a pick-up order was apparently the wrong option, and she just rudely told me that the drive thru was the only option. Okay, that’s fine, I can understand that, you don’t want people walking on a wet floor with no wet floor signs out and you don’t want to walk the 3 feet. So I go through the drivethru and unsurprisingly, it’s the same lady with the bad attitude who was seemingly the only one working, and she told me “you were supposed to stop at the speaker”, okay look, you’re literally the only one here, and you know why I’m here. Why do I need to stop and tell you a third time it’s a pick-up order when it’s literally the only order in the store at the moment? So she asks for a name and I give it, and surprise surprise, it’s the only order in the store. Who would’ve guessed. So she mean-mugs me while filling the drink cup and shoves the bag and drink out the window without saying anything else, just scowling the whole time. I get it, you can’t be bothered to give the slightest hint of customer service, and you can’t be bothered to make life easier for the both of us. Why are you working in an industry that’s literally governed by the service you give if your attitude can’t be managed by yourself? Anyways, politeness gets you nowhere at this location, only sassed at. Don’t bother with this location if you want competence or ease of pickup, you won’t get it here.
