- MWMariana Wud3 days ago1.0On November 21 at 1 PM, The woman at the drive-through window was so incredibly nasty and rude for no reason we had all asked for Baja blast my fault that we didn’t say frozen, but I was so nice at the window asking for it to be possibly be frozen and all she said was no in the most condescending manner ever she shook her head at us and wasn’t even apologetic about it. There was no customer service whatsoever. she gave us no reason as to why she couldn’t do it probably because she just didn’t want to which is ridiculous because you work at a fast food joint there’s not much effort whatsoever that goes into the job, keep in mind the parking lot was empty and the drive through as well, not busy at all. Never coming back don’t recommend ever not even if it was the last place on earth serving food rather starve then have her give me me food.
