  Would give zero but its not an option. We will drive 10 more minutes out of the way to go to the other taco bell on Ehrlich instead of stopping here. This is a brand new location closest to our house too. I hope they close it down soon and replace it with a business that cares about guest services and food quality. This is crazy. Our order has NEVER BEEN RIGHT and takes almost a half hour to get your order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

  The people are disrespectful. Speak to people like they're not paying customers. Just basically rude. For a new establishment idk why they'd have disrespectful people as the face of this place.

  Food: I used to feel like there was not enough ingredients in my tacos or burritos, but my last 2 orders have been amazing. Whoever they put on the late night taco assembly needs a raise! (Homie hooked me up) Will change to 5 stars if they keep it up. Service: The lady at the window is always very nice and chill. You can topically hear that the crew in the kitchen is having a good time. They are the best! Atmosphere: Feels like modern taco bell. You shouldn't expect much but it does its job of looking clean and efficient.

  How is this new location already terrible??? They failed to give me half of my order and I found out when I got home. Contacted support just to receive no actual reply and a measly $3 reward… Unfortunately I won’t be using it as I will not be returning. Food consistently missing, cold, soggy, incorrect, etc etc

  The girl who took our order was very rude a short heavy set girl with long dark brown hair and a nasally voice she got the order correct but once we pulled to the window she didn’t look at us at all no eye contact to hello didn’t say the price just put the card reader in our face after we said hello and charged us for the wrong order then when we said something she finally stopped taking orders then acted snappy and RUDE she said to her manager we didn’t say anything to her and just tapped which is WRONG we said hello and she was TAKING a order and ignored us then got angry at us openly and the manager said “ she’s mad because you guys didn’t say anything “ which AGAIN wrong I work at Starbucks so I understand rushes but that was absolutely the unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful service I’ve received it’s obvious this her first time in food Service and obviously needs to learn real customer service skills and hospitality I don’t care how bad your work days been I just lost some one and just wanted a discovery luxe box not some girls bad attitude and her managers mediocre management skills
