Service was very poor, I can’t explain.
I went sunday night around 8 o clock the lady said I am close go to Walmart subway they are open..
It is horrible service.

I will never go to this place anymore the lady made me pay the full amount of my subway and I had the coupon. This happen twice they will tell you that the coupon machine doesn't work only when you present them one. The coupon says any drink but she is telling me I can have the small drink only.

There’s no easy way to describe how unpleasant my experience was. The service was very poor, with little courtesy and an unprofessional attitude throughout. The employee spoke under her breath and seemed visibly annoyed. At first, I tried to be understanding—working alone on a Friday afternoon can’t be easy. However, the way the food was handled and prepared felt careless and uncomfortable to watch.
I understand frustration, but customers also come in after long workdays, and taking that frustration out on others isn’t acceptable. During the order, I asked if coupons were accepted and explained that I had the codes on my phone. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem, but at checkout I was informed that the codes didn’t work. At that point, I considered leaving, but my son insisted on paying. The sandwiches were prepared incorrectly and without care.
While the service itself was disappointing, the bigger issue seems to be management. Having one person working alone on a Friday evening sets everyone up for a bad experience. Based on what I experienced, I would not recommend this Subway location.

Worst Subway location I've ever been to. No one was at the service counter. I waited over 5 minutes and looked around for an employee but I figured they were in the restroom or something. The oven eventually went off and kept buzzing until someone finally showed up and boy what a joy she was. Phone in hand, no rush, no greeting, no name tag or anything. She was 100% high and kept getting our orders wrong. I said no cheese, she said okay no cheese, then proceeded to put cheese on mine. I asked for chicken teriyaki and she grabbed regular chicken instead of the pre-made chicken soaking in the sauce and realized it after and just poured a bunch of sauce on the plane chicken breast, not ideal or the worst thing but it just kept adding up. My final straw was when she didn't even finish wrapping the sub and proceeded to answer her personal phone and talk to some random person in the middle of my order. I don't want someone who handles their personal phone to continue touching my food. I'm sure that's a health code violation. She was rude, terrible at making the subs, listening to my order, and completely unprofessional. I'd make a legitimate complaint but I don't even know her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag! Terrible location and employee.
EDIT: She also didn’t even cut the subs lol.

We were there a night and this black lady was extra rude to us, after making two sandwiches she said she is not making a third one, we were so shocked, never coming back here again, this type of behavior is putting a bad name on the brand, absolutely horrible.
