  I came to get my normal sub it was perfect until the sauces signs were switched wrong so I got Sriracha on my sandwich instead of the southwest sauce. I came back to get it fixed but the manager was out so the employee said they couldn’t do nothing about my sandwich until the manager came back and they said I cannot have a drink while i wait and my mouth was on fire.. customer service was horrible.

  Poor customer service. I arrived with one customer ahead of me. There were 2 women behind the counter but only 1 was making the sandwich. The other one was just standing and watching. After about a minute she finally asked me what I wanted. I gave her my order but to my surprise she did not make the sandwich. She instead gave my order to the one who is already busy making the sandwiches for the person in front of me. I was made to wait even though there’s one idle employee who could have made my sandwich. I left the shop and will never come back. I would rather give my hard earned money to a place that values my business, one that will put their customers first and not make their customers feel they are doing them a favor.
