I have been to this location several times and never had an issue. I went to the location Thursday morning to complain and I was told I would be contacted the next morning, no one has contacted me. This is very sad when you can’t even enjoy a sub. They didn’t toast one of my subs and they left off a lot of the things we asked for on our subs.

I said I wanted a footlong Italian sub He's telling me some ingredients I don't think go on there. So I said could you ask the lady he was frustrated. He said bro. I've been working here 5 years. He didn't know it came with Genoa salami and Black Forest ham. Neither did I. I had to Google it. He made it a little awkward when he got frustrated with me and I just left... I don't mean to be Petty and leave a bad review but I had a bad experience by just asking simple questions. And I was not rude. Check your cameras. Ignacio needs more training
