I came in because I did an online order last Friday 2/13/26 in the evening online and one of my sandwiches was wrong the grilled chicken was made wrong and I couldn't get anyone on the phone and I came into the store around 2pm today showed my receipt and pics of my sandwich and they assisted me with ease and pleasantly. There demeanor's and attitudes were so pleasant and nice. It's always good to deal with great attitudes. Ben apologized and was talking the blame for the sandwich Being made incorrectly because he's new but this was an online order and or was an evening order to begin with.   When I order a sandwich from here they barely put any toppings. Example, I ask for pickles and they put 3 pickle slices on a footlong sandwich. I understand they are family owned. But it is very obvious they are taught to barely put any toppings AND on top of this they definitely are reusing the vegetables for several days as they are very soggy and the bins less than half full. Ridiculous can’t find a decent subway around Brandon area.
