The employees rudely told us we had to be a customer before we could use the bathroom. I’m not eating at a place that forces me to buy before I can wash my hands and the baby’s pacifier. I’m taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this place to anyone.

You don’t do that. I have my mom meeting me there. And we had to cancel

This employee does not need to interact with customers if a small request of the customer (who is paying for the sandwich) makes him upset. Customer service is imperative for this sort of position. Lack of self control and respect should not be tolerated at any point. I hope this unnecessary behavior is corrected.
