I picked up a few other items while in the store including a Porterhouse and a Filet Mignon. Grilled them with some of Southern Steer's Cowboy Butter - my wife said the filet was one of the best she's had. With having visited most of Tampa's phenomenal steak restaurants, that's saying a lot! Prices are surprisingly good considering the high quality of the meat. Selection is equally impressive.

Hard to explain, but definitely would not buy them again. Also bought three different kinds of sausage and I swear you couldn’t tell the difference in any of them taste wise. This posting is for the Clearwater store. I assume all their meats are the same.
