Coming from Texas, it reminded me of a poboy and it was just what I needed to get myself a taste of home being here in Tampa. Thank u to this location for giving me that home away from home taste. The oreo shake was on point also. Very clean establishment and very friendly staff and awesome at what they do. Thank you also Bella for the great customer service. I really enjoy coming to this location after a long day of flying drones for the military. Thank yall and God bless.

Nice place. Will come again. They serve you at the table, and insist you leave the trash on the table. Fast food with a small restaurant feel.

I probably wouldn’t add the bacon again because the type of bacon is it a little salty for me. I usually get a double patty when I eat burgers but the single patty was very filling. My server was very kind and patient with me. She was really really nice. I a satisfied with my order overall.

Stark difference since our last time going there. Food was hot and fresh, no thanks to the sour faced woman at the counter. I’ll be calling corporate. She was also extremely hesitant to honor the displayed “Hero’s discount” that is displayed on the door. Only after our prompting and her checking with the manager did she honor it. She said that it was “from before” and since she had been off for a few days she said it wasn’t valid. Wish I could give 0 stars for personnel.
