To the extent of borderline-mocking us for not knowing which sauces were available. The food was not worth dealing with that. I always try to give customer service workers the benefit of the doubt but there was no excuse for this. It wasn't even busy.

Our order arrived in 5 minutes! First up, we tried the Tropichop bowl. It was alright, but something was missing. That's what made it a bit disappointing for us. The mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy were okay. Our lunch at Pollo Tropical was also okay.

I have visited other Pollo Tropical's restaurants in Orlando, Tampa, certainly in Puerto Rico and even in Tennessee, and I have never tasted such tasteless food as today. I was also surprised with the price raise since I last visited this restaurant, $40 for 2 meals, $8 of which went to two drinks. I would like to give a better review but, sorry I can't today. 🤷🏻♂️

And, the inventory is always on point. Never been let down by missing items yet. That means alot to me. Nothing worse than getting where I'm going to discover missing items. The chicken and beef are delicious, I cant speak on the pork because I didn't try it. The sauces are delicious. I really like the garlic and cilantro sauce.
