  Muy mala la experience yo vengo casis todos los dias y cada ves q vengo la antemcion es pesima te tiran la comida el pollo muy quemado deveria de aver una persona q se encargue de esos detalles x q el personal sela paran conbersando entre ellas q atender bien alos clientes

  Portions are very small I ordered a tropi chop LG full which is supposed to have everything on it I got a whole lot of rice everything else they skimmed on I came here because I visited an establishment in Miami and was treated right by the employee. I actually got a small order there and was full yet here I got a large and still felt hungry don’t know if they are trying to keep as much leftover to take home since it was in the evening but however they don’t have to worry about me coming back I rather go to CHIPOTLE the food has more flavor and they serve you a good portion. On top of that the girl at the cash register has no customer service at all

  We had to pull up to wait for the food for a few minutes. Don't mind doing that. But when we get home, at least a 45 minute drive away, you open your food container and the chicken looks undercooked. Won't be coming to this location again because if I had to wait for the food at least make it look edible.

  Que pasa? Las porciones son cada vez más pequeñas, la comida no sabe mal pero la atención y la cantidad han cambiado para mal. Pedimos un toston con carne, casi sin carne más pimiento que carne, el plato de mi esposo también un poquito. Antes no era así, se están llevando la comida a casa ????? Llegué no había ninguna cajera vino una muchacha atenderme y otra se adelantó con muy mala cara y me tomó la orden ni saludo. Definitivamente no regreso.

  Ordered basic pork platter with yellow rice salad and sweet tea The over charged me for extra rice I didn't want a Caesar salad with enough dressing for 4 salads and mind you it was a side salad and charged me for mango tea when I can't have mangos so I knew I didn't order nor did I receive it.... Upsetting the employee just looked at me with a smirk and said sorry ...no sorry would be correcting my order or giving me a refund....highly disappointed in this location it used to be good but the staff doesn't care and will get an attitude with you when you care.... This place is not worth the food when staff treats you this poorly .... I would give it negative stars Change your staff Your attitudes are entitled and gross no real apologies and no real solutions manager wouldn't come out of his office to talk to me nor help with my concerns ....will not come back rather go to a real Cuban shop down the street save money get real Spanish food cooked fresh and you get more for your money Not going to be loyal to pollo tropical anymore Since it's garbage now Edit to respond to pollo tropical At what (contact information) and I suppose to contact you at? Leaving it a blank is an insult. Your apologies are meaningless at this point, and this modern world apologies don't fix anything apologies are superficial
