  Since it does not let me reply to your message I'll do it here. First, the chicken was tasteless, the rice had hard grains, the cheesy plantain bites were not sweet like its supposed. The staff is very nice, that's something you shoud be proud of. On the atmosphere, maybe I was a bit unfair, there is nothing you can do if customers feel the need to force everybody into hearing whatever crap they are hearing on their speakerphones... use headphones!

  I visit this location often and always had a good service and food though today I bought a family meal!to take home and they did not deliver the whole chicken but half of the breast was missing. Perhaps it was a mistake but if it wasn’t I hope the one who stole my half breast enjoyed it for dinner!

  I’ve noticed a consistent issue with this location. Whenever I use the drive-thru, the servings are extremely small much less than what I receive when I order inside. This has happened every time I go through the drive-thru, which is frustrating. I hope the management can address this so that drive thru customers get the same portions as dine in guests.

  Do not go , Do not go to this location if you don’t want to get sick 🤢 what me and my family saw is absolutely disgusting there was this guy in the kitchen that was cutting up the chicken and literally he came out of the kitchen sat on one of the tables beside us and started putting his socks on his feet. He was touching his feet. Also Then he returned back to the kitchen didn’t even wash his hands. He started, touching all the chicken with his bare hands no gloves he started putting pieces of chicken in his mouth. And eating the chicken Literally what me and my family saw was so nasty we could not believe it this guy was touching everything in the kitchen. He never washed his hands. My daughter went to tell one of the managers I think her name was marry I know she was the team leader she didn’t do anything about it, and she also was wrapping a wrap for someone and she was literally touching her phone. with the same gloves that she was using to touch the food do not go to this place. I don’t recommend it. It’s absolutely disgusting.
