What I got instead was a sad, soggy excuse for one. The dough was so thin and flimsy that it couldn’t support its own toppings. By the time I opened the box, the cheese and toppings had completely slid off and were scattered around like leftovers someone shook in transit. It looked like the pizza lost a fight before it even got to my house. Thinking mistakes happen, I called the store to get it resolved. I spoke with the manager, Dan, and that’s where things went from bad to worse. He offered absolutely no solution — no remake, no refund, no credit, and no apology for the quality. Just indifference. Apparently serving an inedible product and shrugging it off is acceptable here. We were forced to eat this disaster because dinner had already been ruined and replaced with frustration. Paying good money to scrape toppings off a box and piece together slices is not anyone’s idea of a meal. Between the awful quality and even worse customer service, this place has completely lost my business. If you’re thinking about ordering from this Papa John’s, save yourself the money and the disappointment. Never again.
