    Even though I made the mistake on the order the cashier focused more on proving me wrong than me walking out the store happy but what I didn’t like she had the nerve to tell me have a good night knowing my order was incorrect I did make a mistake on my order but the hospitality was off in an establishment a paying customer is always right

    Our pizza was stolen by an ubereats delivery driver. The nice lady on the phone sent us a replacement pizza. We really appreciate the friendly service here, thank you

    They outsourced their delivery to door dash. Ever since the drivers have been unprofessional. Not coming to the door making me go to them. Most recently I payed the tip before hand in the app like it makes you do for the driver to place the wrong order on my doorstep and walk away without knocking or ringing the doorbell. You are supposed to hand it to the customer. I walked out and he said "no English " but eventually got him to give me what I ordered. He took the wrong order back which was on the dirty ground to deliver to someone else. There's no way to rate how the delivery was or hold the drivers accountable for bad service so they will continue doing this. He did not earn that tip and I wish I could take it back but there's no way to do that. I will not be ordering from papa John's anymore for this reason alone.
