  Somehow order switched from delivery to carryout. Called store, and manager and employees took care of it to be delivery. Even re-made so it was hot and fresh when delivered!

  The absolute worst customer service, lack of professionalism with management. I advise people to go up the Street to Pizza Hut or Domino's. This store is completely unprofessional and extremely rude.Worst part is that management doesn't give a damn about bad reviews and dissatisfied customers..

  Pizza is absolutely disgusting! I haven’t had papa John’s pizza in a few years except 2 weeks ago with my cousin, so I wanted to try the pizza again with a friend today in Tampa. After a business meeting, we came home and ate the pizza, the sauce, cheese and everything was horrible!!! Far worse than the pie I had at another location in Tallahassee. The location in Tampa off Kennedy is absolutely disgusting! I watched one of the cookers touch the pizza dough with her bare hands and her nails were uneven and not clean. The registers were dusty with cooking dough. She was touching the receipt, register everything without washing her hands. I’ve never seen that before! The other location was far cleaner, plenty of staff, more light inside and fresh sauce and ingredients. No dough dust on the registers. I don’t know what I was thinking to take the pizza home. I figured I try the pizza at least. I will never eat or purchase papa John’s pizza again and make sure everyone knows about this! Save your 20 dollars and go to a real pizza place. Papa John’s have deals and no one is there for a reason. The store is absolutely disgusting. The pizza isn’t same. You can spend money and make your own. I learned a lesson. I gave the pizza to the homeless people. I’ll contact corporate about this location and pizza.

  This people are amazing and work hard don't bother about the bad reviews I have seen them working fast as as they can on busy times, they do get exploded but don't get props I do give them that for killing it on busy peak times if u want faster service avoid friday after 6 pm Saturdays because they do get exploded as you know they are located on a high demand area plus all the Uber delivery,doordash ext.
