The morning manager Garrett is very rude and unprofessional!! I come in early mornings to service their restrooms... now, typically I come in from the back but this morning I came in at the front for someone to let me in. the girl that was at the front counter did let him know that I was up at the front. He unlocked the door, had a sassy attitude, and proceeds to say," you supposed to come through at the back door! You know that, you know that!" It's not what you say, it's how you say it, and if he's the manager and he know what I am there for It shouldn't have mattered if I came from the front the back or the side of the establishment. He knew what I was there for, and all he had to say is, " if you're going to be early just come to the back" SIMPLE. Usually I am not early I come in as soon as they're open so this morning because, I was early I came through the front. He had to let me in which if I would have came to the back someone still would have to let me in. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL I won't be going back there to service that location anymore.

I was waiting for an order and owner came in and was rude to staff in front of people it was just awkward. I feel like he was right to be upset staff wasnt taking care of things properly but to have an attitude in front of people was just as bad. Maybe if they talked in private and with respect restaurant would run better

I placed an order early this morning and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the employee preparing orders. I was the only customer waiting, yet she never acknowledged my presence. She called out a “Robin for pickup,” so I continued waiting, assuming my order would be next. After several minutes, I tried to get her attention by saying “Hello,” but she ignored me completely. She only reacted when I said “Good morning” out loud. She looked visibly annoyed. I then asked if she had an order for Ivett. She checked the bag already sitting on the counter, asked my name, and confirmed it was mine. She placed it back on the counter and turned away without saying a single word. The lack of basic customer service and people skills was disappointing. Rude behavior like this makes it sad to see the decline of once-reliable chains that now hire employees who don’t seem to care about doing their job properly.

I got food poisoning here from the mac and cheese. I felt fine before coming here. After eating here, by the time I got home, I puked it up. Great place to get spoiled food.

I can’t remember the last time I left a review, granted this is a franchise but coming from someone who worked at Panera as my first job I just become more and more disappointed with the lack of hospitality and customer service. I’ve ordered countless times and on many occasions there have been ingredients that I requested but were missing. I’ve asked for extra sauce (indicated on receipt) and of course there was no problem receiving it from the associate however, I’ve observed slight attitudes. You can be young and still be taught a solid work ethic. I just don’t think it’s enforced as it should be. I’ve seen things that were never allowed 10 years ago but are acceptable now. Customer service/hospitality doesn’t change with time. It’s the lack of older generation not teaching the younger what’s expected. A common smile, a ‘you’re welcome’, a ‘let me fix that you for you’ goes a long way. I don’t believe the ‘customer is always right’ but yes you do want to please the customer when necessary. I received a to go order and had my cookie in the bag however, I realized it wasn’t warm which I’d prefer so I approached one of the cashiers and asked if I can switch it out for a warm cookie she said ‘you know we have a microwave if you want to warm it up’. Was I angry? No, yes I was disappointed. I believe they can do better.
