The order had 12 items in it and I did not dig through it thoroughly enough to notice that my sandwich was missing. After driving home 15 minutes in traffic, I got home and noticed the problem. Since Panera offers delivery, I figured they would deliver my sandwich. They said no to that idea and told me to come back and pick up the sandwich or I can get a refund for the item they forgot to give me. I didn’t want to deal with traffic to drive back there, so I took the $6.00 refund. That was a lousy solution because I was still left without my dinner. I am extremely disappointed in the service. I have much higher expectations when it comes to Panera. So if you go to this location, check your order carefully before driving home.
