Missing item in mobile order. Sophia, the manager, refused to make it right and keep a customer. Never coming back out of principle. Easy fix to keep a customer but I guess I’m worth less than a couple bucks.

Food portions are expensive and stingy. C'mon Panera. Stop putting people to diet to increse profits. The food industry is supposed to feed people, not to let them hungry!

I recently went to this location to purchase dinner for my family of 4 after a long day at work. I placed my order through the app and went through the drive-thru. The order had 12 items in it and I did not dig through it thoroughly enough to notice that my sandwich was missing. After driving home 15 minutes in traffic, I got home and noticed the problem.
Since Panera offers delivery, I figured they would deliver my sandwich. They said no to that idea and told me to come back and pick up the sandwich or I can get a refund for the item they forgot to give me. I didn’t want to deal with traffic to drive back there, so I took the $6.00 refund. That was a lousy solution because I was still left without my dinner.
I am extremely disappointed in the service. I have much higher expectations when it comes to Panera.
So if you go to this location, check your order carefully before driving home.
