  absolutely HORRIBLE service! we had a large group order and they forgot a soup and salad. instead of helping us with our issue, they proceeded to argue wih and say that they knew that they gave us the right amount of food. we spent almost 200 dollars and they made us rebuy the soup and salad that THEY FORGOT. shoutout to skylar for trying to help us, but BRI who has been mentioned in previous reviews was absolutely awful. i’d recommend getting better staff.

  Probably the worst Panera in the franchise. They consistently mess up take out orders. Tonight half of the order was missing when we got home. This is the third time it's happened. Management is not very helpful or accommodating either. If you're picking up dinner, it doesn't make much sense to have to drive back to the Panera to pick up everything they forgot. I would recommend going anywhere else.

  My experience in this location it was terrible yesterday when I went there I asked for a full sandwich at that I pay for the foods sandwich because it was like nine dollars something so when I wait for my sandwich, I saw was a half so the lady that you guys see in the picture I said oh I told her I want fur sandwich I have sandwich. She say oh that’s not a problem I can ring you up and it’s OK. You can cancel the order and re-order it again for the whole sandwich she told me I don’t need to explain to her how shehahow she had to process her job. Well, I went to her register when I went to her, so I asked her for her for her name she say for what I need her name she staying sign and keeping asking me. She got Boy at the Son. Was she gonna bring me a whole sandwich because of course the price is different so me and her we have a little conversation. She tried to refuse to give me her name Panera bread team it needs to have her name top so if I don’t feel comfortable to say the name, then we can see her name and the name top so her name is Britney. That’s what she say. Well, I told her to never mind that I wanted to leave and I give the sandwich they gave it to me it half which I’d pay for. It was very rude. Very disappointed for Panera bread

  I know that food is expensive, but I get charged $18.03 for 1/2 of chicken Ceasars salad and a cup of soup, and they try to put 2 small slide of bread, this type of company are the one that you normally seeing close for bankruptcy just like Sears and some others big store that loose customers for being cheap . . .
