  This is my favourite place to come. The staff are friendly, welcoming. There is always coffee and drinks ready. I like the bagels and today we tried the soufflé and it was delicious. My youngest daughter in particular loves the French Onion Soup. My older two enjoy the Mac and Cheese here. The Sip Club at this particular location is amazing! There are lots of regulars here and there is a reason we keep coming back!

  Every single time (I’m not exaggerating) I order something at that location, something is wrong or missing. Usually it’s part of an item (such as almonds in my salad) but this time, it was a whole item! No chips! And this location always (I’m not exaggerating there either) runs out of ingredients. This time, it was the greens. Other times, it’s other main/important ingredients, even whole items like soups. And it happens early in the evening/late afternoon! And the staff has never treated me warmly or smiled at me. I despise this location and go there only because sometimes I have to due to my strict work schedule.

  I have always loved the Caesar salad here. It never disappoints. The Carrollwood location is a great choice for the whole family. Daughter loves the broccoli cheddar soup, husband loves almost all the sandwiches. Just great food fast!

  We ordered takeout for our office today and ran into some issues. The protein and extra avocado was completely left off of one of the salads. No utensils were in the bag for the salads so we had to turn around and get them. The worse part was that the bag of food was left behind the counter instead of in the designated take out area. I had no idea as I stood next to the take out area for about 15 to 20 minutes and finally waved down a staff member to ask if the food was ready. She got the food and handed it to me but no one inquired the entire time why I was standing there or if I was waiting on the large order that was behind the desk. We had soups in the bag that ended up cold. The staff was obviously working hard and seemed friendly, so I think the take out situation could be fixed with proper signage or attention to people standing by take out.
