- KJKiki Jones1 day ago4.0You are poorly represented by a front end manager who is extremely negative. Always complaining about her medical problems. Continuously rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing in irritation. You would expect a cherubic, overweight baker that was cheerful and enjoyed their job. Instead, you get a disgruntled employee who over shares complaints, pain and medical issues In a way that makes you feel guilty for coming to Panera and indulging in a bakery item.

Tasted like instant oatmeal made with water and included 2 total strawberries (sliced in half) and some of the (bagel topping) cinnamon sugar. I ended up throwing it away.

I tried to ask for another batch but they brought me out the same soup. Go to the one on 54 or the one by USF on Bruce B Downs. Those are always on point.
