- SCShali CharlesNov 16, 20253.0The 3 stars for service is EXCLUSIVELY for Dillon. We were a group of 15 . Dillion was attentive and took all orders diligently, repeating them to ensure accuracy. However, once the orders went to the kitchen, confusion reigned. Almost EVERY steak order was wrong once it reached the table . For example, Those who ordered medium rare , recd well done steaks and vice a versa. Sides and salads were wrongly allocated or not recd at all. 2 of the folks ordered take out, those orders were also plated and served at the table 🙄. Dillion did engage the manager when we drew his attention to the chaos . The manager came by , listened to the feedback and departed without saying a single word . So again, kudos to Dillion . That's about all I can say post the group spending a chunk of change for dinner.
