  Its been a long time since I've been here, and now I remember why it's been so long! The brisket was lukewarm and chewy, very chewy.

  It’s currently 6:22pm on 1/5. I walk to the bar to grab food after a terrible day. Wasn’t greeted with a hi or anything just. “What are you drinking” after a few minutes of waiting for a bartender and the menu. I say a bottle of water and he rolls his eyes. I order a koala martini. Terrible!! I waited 18 minutes before having to ask if I can put it food because he just kept ignoring me and going to other people…. He looks at me with a blank pause and says “yeah in a second” and continues to clean around his bar as if I hadn’t been sitting there patiently waiting for him already…. I asked for my check and left. I’ll never be back. I’m a great tipper and have work hospitality for years! Terrible service from the bartender!!!

  Worst experience I've ever received. I came out with family to celebrate my BIRTHDAY! At the time I had 3 guest who arrived before I did. By the time I got there our other guest had already ordered and I was ready to get me a birthday drink. The waiter (Charlie) told us that we were not allowed to order anything and he will bring us out drinks when he felt we were ready for them. Said he would give us bread until then. Basically advising that we were drunk. Mind you we had not been drinking or anything before hand. Just excited to celebrate my birthday. We went through 4 waiters because according to the manager no one wanted to service us. I'm really blown because we weren't loud, we weren't drunk, we were cute and ready to celebrate. And we're told the other waiter Joe didn't feel comfortable servicing us. Ruined my birthday evening completely. This was the Outback on Boy Scott in Tampa, Fl. The waiter Charlie could only say he didn't mean it that way... but if no one ordered drinks or anything why would you all feel uncomfortable accommodating us with drinks when we just mentioned it was my birthday. I can not believe this even happened. I love me some outback but I won't be back there!!

  Very disappointed because I ordered a 6 ounce steak for pickup and when I came home I noticed it was abnormally smaller than the normal steaks I get from here so I decided to weigh it. Half the size it’s supposed to be. I always eat at outback but this was upsetting especially for the price I’m paying for it.

  Our dinner was a waist of money!!!! After a 45 minute, because we were told they had a couple "big parties of 6", our steaks & shrimp were had so much pepper they were not edible. The waiter offerred to comp our meals cause by this time we were ready to leave, or make us new steaks. Since we were trying to get dinner before heading back to a family member in a nearby hospital we opted for the second chance on the steaks which he promises to have ready in 12 minutes, so requested then to go since it was now almost 8pm.. Great, but when he did he come back he literally had just steaks to go, no recooked shrimp that was part of one meal & no new baked potato literally just steaks. We took the baked potato that had now been sitting for 20 more minutes & put them on the togo containers, to only find out thoae too were raw and impossible to eat & the steaks that should of been med rare were not & this time had NO seasoning. We did not see that until we back to hospital to sit down & eat and by now it was almost 9pm & I was not returning to get more bad food to replace it a second time. The only nice thing was our server Justin He was amazing & did trying to fix things unfortunately the kitchen staff failed terribly. This has always been my location of choice but never again.
