If I could give all 0s I would.
I ordered 2 burritos, 1 iced coffee & a hash brown right before 10:30. My order was placed before breakfast ended. When I got up to the menu board it was still on breakfast, I told them my code, got to the second window & the nice lady told me she couldn’t recall it for some reason. She then proceeded to tell someone over the headset “it’s just 2 burritos, a hash brown & a coffee.” Which should’ve already been made if it was a mobile order that I placed when I was still at home. She told me to pull around the building to the front, a Spanish lady came out and was unnecessarily RUDE! All I wanted was a simple breakfast since I just came home from the hospital the night before. McDonald’s claims to go “above & beyond”.. but I didn’t see that this morning! I used to work for McDonald’s for 10 years. All you do is throw the burrito in a queing oven & the hash brown goes in the fryer for a few mins.. iced coffee is also an easy drink to make. So please tell me why and how you’re not able to make my breakfast order when I paid for it, ordered it before breakfast ended, & now I have to wait for a refund?! When all they had to do was make my order & go about our day.
I have NEVER heard of such a thing! I chose this McDonald’s because I never have problems. But now I’ll go to Fletcher or Busch. Fowler won’t get my money! Above & beyond PISSED!

I didn't stop to eat just use the bathroom. But the ppl was friendly and the bathrooms was kind of clean.

I had to come to this location after waiting 30 minutes in a drive through at another just to be told they were closed, when their app said they were open. I arrived on site and there was a horrible line, but they have a pickup window for what I think is mobile orders. I guess it’s only for delivery drivers oddly. When I went to the window and showed him my pickup code, the attendant said “you need to go through the drive through, good luck with that”. What horrible customer service. I ended up waiting roughly 20 minutes in the drive through for my food. I wouldn’t go to this location, or any McDonald’s for that matter.

The manager, Johnathan called my husband fat and bald. He wouldn't refund us unless we handed our phone for him to tap it some where else in the restaurant. After we paid they told us they didn't have ice cream so needed to refund us. We even said give us a gift card or cash. Refused and asked us to leave the drive thru if we wouldn't give our phone to him. Then said what do I have to hide on my phone that I wouldn't hand it to him. Other staff were very rude too during this visit. I would never go here again.
