  I arrived at 7:25pm Jan. 11th by the time I got to the window and received my food in hand I asked for my receipt and the black toothpick blad headed female manger with the visor hat that is there every single night, told me that they can’t give me a receipt while I’m watching her grab my receipt and throw it away. This lady always has a rude attitude whenever the order is made/rang up incorrect, and without my receipt (the one they say they can’t give me) they refuse to fix my order. I’m not surprised anymore because this location ALWAYS has issues and a nasty manager that refuses to fix any issues or at least PROVIDE a simple receipt. Fire her.

  Entro a la tienda a las 9:12 y me dicen que está cerrada que solo doordash o uber es increíble pero cierto empleados afuera y por no atender a las persona ssalem con que está cerrado

  The worst McDonald's in Tampa! Probably the worst service I ever had at a restaurant!And maybe one of the worst in the United States, it wouldn't surprise me if its the worst in the state of Florida. Manager closes the dinning room during working hours before 10pm, with the excuse that she's understaffed when she had at least 6 people working! Homeless people take showers in the bathroom, the restaurant and bathroom are beyond messy and nasty, the kiosk machines don't work, the staff is loud and rude, staff members are on their phones while customers are waiting for their orders or for their orders to be taken, including the manager, costumers have to wait several minutes and beg for someone to take my order. I'd like to speak with the franchistarie of this McDonald's....

  ⭐️ 0/10 — WOULD RATHER WALK HOME HUNGRY 🚫🍟😤 I placed a mobile order thinking I’d be in and out. Bold of me. Instead, McDonald’s forced me into the drive-thru hostage situation 🚗🔒 where I sat for OVER 30 MINUTES watching my life choices flash before my eyes. Finally get to the pickup window… and THAT’S when they decide to tell me they’re OUT OF SWEET & SOUR SAUCE. You know—THE ONLY SAUCE WORTH EATING. 💔 No warning. No apology. Just attitude. The vibe was very much: “Yeah, we don’t have it. And?” 😐 Like I hadn’t just waited half an hour for nuggets that now had no reason to exist. They offered other sauces, which felt less like customer service and more like psychological warfare. BBQ? Ranch? I didn’t ask to be punished. This wasn’t just bad service—it was a masterclass in not caring. The wait was ridiculous, the communication was nonexistent, and the indifference was almost impressive. Am I being dramatic? Yes. 💅 Did I hate every second of this experience? ABSOLUTELY. McDonald’s really said: “I’m lovin’ it” while I was not. At. All. 🤡🔥
