  Krispy kreme in this location needs to step it up and do better on there customer service to slow employees come & go in this location.

  The young man working the window on Monday 2/2 had an excellent attitude and great customer service. In this day and age that's rare. That man deserves a raise!! Would come here again.

  NEVER WILL COME TO THIS KRISPY KREME AGAIN!! RUD LADY AND ACTED LIKE SHE WAS BOTHERD BY MY QUESTIONS, and the young man in the back was eating Donuts while working! This place should have more professional working people that don't have aditudes, only come to Tampa to visit, Next time definitely going to the pother Krispy Kreme in Tampa!

  I’m leaving one star because of the unpleasant experience I had after visiting this store in Tampa. I live about an hour away, and unfortunately this is the closest location to me. We ordered a mixed dozen, and that one was prepared correctly. We also took advantage of the promotion for the second dozen for $1. However, when we got home and opened the second box, it had a strong, unpleasant smell. After tasting one, it was clear the donuts were old and not fresh at all. We ended up throwing the entire dozen in the trash. It’s very disappointing to run a promotion like this if the quality isn’t the same, because customers should be able to enjoy what they’re paying for. In our case, it was a wasted dozen and a really bad experience.
