  In car driving, so couldn’t order online. called Kennedy blvd Tampa store, on Sunday am at 11am, put us on hold for 10min:( never came back on phone. Tried calling back twice, just let phone ring, never picked up. Terrible service- Decided to call the Dale Mabry store, where they picked up quick, was ready to take order, and were kind. Missed the boat Kennedy blvd store, do better! Management team be aware

  Jimmy Johns on Kennedy in Tampa is always fast, accurate and friendly service! Although I took to go, they have ample seating in a clean environment at this location. Loving the new toasted additions to their solid lineup of sandwich staples and wraps.

  Rip off , Definitely never coming back BEWARE : THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION TO QUALITY OF FOOD This place. Was good but I went it today and it was a very bad experience and food is not fresh and not worth it at all Went back for a refund all Adam offered was to replace the tomatoes , the only fresh thing was the lettuce everything was old Also they barely add Turkey to the Turkey tom This was a rip off

  Everytime I come to Jimmey John’s at this location, their customer service is stellar and the food is nice and fresh and tastes amazing! The stow is very clean and everyone is so polite. Will always come back

  Love this JJs! Super clean. Shoutout to the hard working lovely staff Ronnie & Mario, they are quick, friendly, and make yummy sandwiches.
