    l ordered via the app for drive through pick up. Made two stops on the way. When I hop on the drive through line there are 4 cars ahead of me. When I get to the speaker they confirm my pick up order and tell me I can just pull forward. Wait some more for the cars ahead of me. I make it to the window only to be told it’s not ready yet, I say ok and just prepare to wait. At this point they tell me it will be about 5 mins and that I should park and come inside (it’s raining). I’m now sitting inside the restaurant it’s been 11 mins no food yet…. FREAKY SLOW AND FREAKY BAD what the point of offering order ahead and drive up if it won’t be ready and I’ll be asked to come wait inside? LAMEEE

    Love this location, but don’t like every time I try to eat inside it’s closed. Understaffed is an excuse. This has been goin on for months. That is a management problem. My lunch I take I don’t want to eat in my car. Please do better. Thanks
