  We eat at this location often on Causeway Blvd in Tampa. The sandwiches are mostly good sometimes depending on who makes them. Two days ago I visited and for some reason the same cashier always asked me if I wanted cheese on my sandwich. I always replies I want everything that comes on it. After my order was done. The server had me my sandwich. I asked for a bag and napkins. She hand me a bag and pick up some napkins and hand them to me. I expected her to do that I don't work there. And why do I have to always asked for a bag? Kinda of frustrating.

  I received the BEST jimmy john sandwich from this location. When I asked for extra peppers, I got them, unlike other locations! They knew what jimmy it up was as well! I wish I lived closer to this location

  We eat at this location often and really enjoy it, but the experience can vary depending on who prepares the food. When it’s made well, it’s great. But when basic ingredients that are supposed to come on the sandwich are missing, it really takes away from the meal—we usually end up taking only a couple of bites before losing our appetite. We’d really appreciate some additional training or consistency across the team. Thank you!
