  3 estrellas creo que es buena calificacion para este lugar. La comida estaba buena, a excepción del congrí. El resto estaba bien, la pizza, el churrasco etc etc... Ahora, el servicio no es el mejor y tampoco la rapidez con que te lo ofrecen, o eso fue lo que nos dió a entender la mesera que nos atendió. Después de traernos la comida por partes, primero las pizzas, más tarde las papitas fritas y después el resto, entre todo ese resto, me trajeron las 2 odenes de tostones, pero las trajeron por separado, 3 primero y los otros 3 cuando ya casi estaba terminando la comida. A la mesera parece que no le gustó que le preguntara por los tostones porque nos respondió de mala manera que en un rato los traían, no la volví a ver más y en cambio nos empezó a atender una muchacha que no sé el nombre, solo sé que tiene 2 hijos( para que en el local sepan quién es) la del servicio pésimo era mulata de ojos verdes si mal no recuerdo. La ensalada de aguacate nunca llegó, terminé por cancelar la orden de la ensalada para después encontrarme en la cuenta de que me la estaban cobrando. comida 4 estrellas, Servicio 1 estrella

  The food was delicious with decent portions, the service was ok, it took a little while from when we were seated for a waiter to get our drink orders and the apps took a little bit to come out, but when they did come out they were hot a delicious. Would definitely go back.

  Food was great... I don't think there were property staffed for a Monday afternoon. We asked for Yuca Fritas but they never came out or placed on the bill. Not sure of it was due to the language barrier or not. Definitely would go back for the food. There was lots of dishes to chose from and everything was reasonably priced.

  Magnífico restaurante cubano, la comida exquisita! Pedimos 5 platos distintos y todo estuvo en tiempo. Que sabor, que calidad! Que servicio tan esmerado, todas las muchachas muy atentas siempre, sobre todo Yeni. El ambiente genial, la música muy buena y el volumen exacto para escucharla y poder conversar sin gritar. Lo recomiendo mucho! Volveremos!

  We were told to pick a table and sit down and we were not attended to for 10+ minutes and when a table behind us that got sat after us got service and drinks before we did we finally took that as our queue to get up and find somewhere else to eat. They did give us menus and threw some waters down on the table but that was it. No one assured us they would be with us soon/let us know they were short staffed (?) but completely ignored our table. I even made eye contact with a few waitresses to see if anyone would bother coming but nothing. If all tables were being ignored equally it would be different but tables coming after us getting served first while we were waiting 10+ minutes to just get something other than water on the table was insane. Even if the other tables had reservations or something it's still a terrible look honestly. It was a super unwelcoming environment. We took our business down the road and got 10/10 service and food and the vibes were a lot nicer. I really wanted to try this place but I guess it wasn't meant to be! Edit: "4 minutes" is a long time in food service especially if your waiter doesn't even show up and starts serving people behind you who showed up after. I left my bag on accident because of how badly I wanted to get out of there. Also, I hope you still don't have that waitress who writes Gringa on the bags per other reviews lol. Have a blessed one !
