Food is consistent and the store is clean! A bit of a wait occasionally but, not due to effort! They are doing their best! Customers need to really check themselves and how they treat staff in food establishments. Side note—don’t care for the music but, that’s personal 🤣

Earlier today I placed a delivery order that never got delivered after an entire hour, so I called to say I'll just pick it up. The manager (didn't catch his name but what a guy) said he'd make it fresh for me upon arrival, and helped me get a refund. The entire process was annoying yeah, but the fact the staff came together to help out when delivery services were goofing around makes this my favorite Five Guys spot to go to

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
