- KKKrystina KeatonDec 5, 20252.0Constantly having issues with the staff, they’re constantly having issues placing orders through the app when they aren’t marking things that are sold out as unavailable so consistently picking items that are unavailable for pick up and then arriving, and having the staff have an attitude with you because they don’t have the items that you paid for is a constant issue at this location. The management here is great. I believe it’s the general manager But outside of that, they just hired a bunch of new people and a couple of them already are nasty with customers when you’re trying to explain to them that you already spoke with management about this issue and that you’ve had this issue several times and nobody has a decent response for you unfortunately, I will not be returning back to this location because I’m not gonna continually pay for something that they don’t have and then allow their staff to have an attitude with me because somebody didn’t update an application
