- ZZzairanikiDec 23, 20251.0I am a 3-4 time weekly Dunkin' customer, and this was hands down one of the most unprofessional, hostile customer service experiences I've ever had anywhere. The drive-thru employee cut me off and hung up before I finished ordering, then handed me the wrong coffee. When I politely asked for the correct order, she screamed at me to "move out of her drive-thru." There was no way to justify her behavior by her being pregnant and in a bad mood (she’s the pregnant one working there). That excuse is outrageous. Being pregnant or having a bad day does not give anyone the right to verbally abuse customers. If you cannot treat people with basic respect, you should not be you should not be working in customer service-especially representing a multi-billion-dollar corporation. It is alarming that Dunkin' hires and allows employees who behave this way (I guess they literally hire anyone). This was not a misunderstanding; it was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. After years of loyalty and daily spending, Dunkin' has permanently lost my business. I will be contacting corporate HR and management about this incident. Customers should never be screamed at, dismissed, or humiliated for asking for the order they paid for. If I could put negative stars I would. Do better.

There’s no organization with this place, to hear a manager cussing at employees and yelling at customers to use the kiosk when they’re a few other customers in line waiting for food or trying to place an order. Idk if they’re under staffed or this manager just doesn’t know how to be a manager. I really hope they can get it together and maybe hire a new manager. I’ll be reaching out to corporate…
