The staff was just moving extremely slow and not having great skills with customer service and neglecting their in-store customers. I was told to go out of the store and drive through the drive-thru while there were three people in the store. And then it wasn't even a I'm sorry sir we are extremely busy but more so just laziness on the staff's part. I'll never go back here when I'm trying to get to work to get a coffee again
