Today I chose to circle back and let them know my order was completely wrong and the woman responded with “the drive thru didn’t let you know we didn’t have them?” no, they didn’t, and they chose what order they WANTED to give me instead. the employees must not have been trained customer service and they do not pay attention to detail. Ordering online ahead of time does not shorten how long you wait either. There has been times I have sat in this line for 20-30 minutes. please save yourself the hassle!
