  They have a new set of workers there now. The same people don't work there anymore. This has taken place last month I noticed. They do try their best while working and honestly aren't bad people but the coffee doesn't taste good anymore and every single time I go my order is wrong. (They do fix it, but still not the same dunkin I use to enjoy).

  Ask for less ice and they’ll serve you 2-3 inches less of a drink. Ask for hot latte and you’ll get a cup full of foam and space. This is what $7.50 and less ice gets you here. Employee told me it’s bc I asked for less ice they left room.11/19/25 9:30am crew. Also they hold your receipts hostage I guess bc now I have no way to actually make a complaint.

  This has been to be the slowest Dunkin in 4 counties. With 1 car in the drive thru the employees are more concerned with their cell phones then their customers waiting!! As well as adjustng those awful fake eye lashes. I avoided this store for a year but in that area today tried and what do you know Nothing CHANGED. Brutal location and service!!!!

  With the new management change a few weeks ago, this location has severely went down. Everything takes so much longer. I'm talking like middle of the day four cars in line and you're sitting in line for 15 minutes. Forget coming there in the mornings when the line is wrapped around the building. My drink previously has been made perfectly now is made incorrectly. After the second or third time of being made incorrectly, I brought it inside. The manager remade it, and it was still incorrect. If the manager is unable to make drinks correctly, the whole store is screwed. When the store is under a different management, I would love to try it again until then I wI'll not be returning this location.

  I wanted to share my opinion on this location's customer service. I pulled into the drive through on 11/05 because I was excited tot try the cookie butter iced latte on th first day. now I understand it was going to be a long line considering it was the first day of the holiday drinks. I ordered my drink and had to repeat it twice to the lady at the speaker, pulled up to the window and paid - proceeded to wait 9 minnutes for my drink when someone opened the window and asked if I was waiting for a Latte... She goes to hand me my latte and it was not what I asked for - come to find out I guess there's a signature iced latte that comes with the foam and nuts on top, and theres a regular one. Me not knowing I thought I was ordering the one that was pictured because I read what it was called to the lady when i ordered it. Besides all of that, the manager was very rude and made me feel dumb because I didn't know what the difference was between regular and signature.. In my opinion they should be asking you at the speaker when ordering if there are 2 different kinds. I know people have bad days, but everytime I have gone through this Dunkin its been nothing but bad customer service and rude employees. THIS IS WHY I GO TO STARBUCKS.
