    This is the second time I’ve ordered donuts from this location. I got in the wrong order. Do you guys not know how to read a ticket if you’re out of something please inform me instead of just sending the wrong random crap.

    *disclaimer* the food, drinks, and workers here are incredible a large majority of the time. This review is to address a very recent change at this Dunkin. I visit this Dunkin around 3/4 times a week and always get a very similar order (I bet money this some employees know it’s me by now based on the order). Today I went by in the drive through and got the same thing. Now instead of the usual of me handing my card over to pay the cashier holds the POS system out of the window, which after inserting my card then prompted me with a tip screen. A. Tip. Screen. … At Dunkin… for what? Pouring a coffee and handing me some donuts? And then the awkwardness of the employee having to hold the system out to me so of course she’s watching what I’m doing on the screen too. Look I’m all for employees getting paid more but do it from YOUR payroll, not us customers.

    This is a very nice Dunkin Donuts. It was very clean. The employees were friendly. The donuts were fresh and the coffees and fruit refreshers were great. I also appreciated the phone charging stations on the tables.
