  The food is always good and fresh. However, the drive-thru lines are consistently extremely long and move very slowly. Even when you go inside, the service tends to be slow as well. The staff members are very nice, but I just wish the service were faster. No one should have to wait 20 minutes for a drink and a sandwich.

  Made a mobile order through the app, got two iced drinks (which were made very well, i’ll give them credit on that) but besides the drinks we waited an extra 15 mins just for our sandwiches (low key think they forgot about us at the second window) so we honked, and shortly after they brought us our food apologized for the wait and threw in two free glazed donuts which would’ve been awesome if our food was made right….hash browns were ice cold…some were warm but others were ice cold to the touch. (which i brought back in and the lady inside was nice but told me to keep them…bruh why would i want ice cold hash browns 😭 cmon now…treating me like i want free food…no i just want my order to be correct and if that meant waiting longer then id be fine with that) my sandwiches were sloppy…almost like they just threw it together. do not come here before work, or during their peak hours!!! they simply cannot handle it. management needs to step up because everyone was nice they just need to run a tighter shift for the locations sake.

  This Dunkin is absolutely stellar! Today, I came in around 5am. The ladies in the store were very kind and professional ! They put together my order pretty fast. The lobby was pretty clean and seeing the bathroom clean in a dunkin is really rare. I will easily come back to this dunkin! Thank you to the staff for introducing me into the spider donuts!

  This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The wait time—whether inside or in the drive-through—is at least 15 minutes every single time. The staff constantly argue and yell at each other about moving faster, yet nothing ever improves. They’re often out of basic items, and when you finally reach the counter after waiting so long, they’re rude on top of it. You’d think after making customers wait that long, they’d at least be polite—but that’s never the case. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open. The only reason must be because it’s right off the highway, but it’s absolutely ridiculous. I can’t stand coming here anymore—this will definitely be my last visit. Also, the whole time an employee was on the phone while servicing customers… outrageous and laughable.
