    This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The wait time—whether inside or in the drive-through—is at least 15 minutes every single time. The staff constantly argue and yell at each other about moving faster, yet nothing ever improves. They’re often out of basic items, and when you finally reach the counter after waiting so long, they’re rude on top of it. You’d think after making customers wait that long, they’d at least be polite—but that’s never the case. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open. The only reason must be because it’s right off the highway, but it’s absolutely ridiculous. I can’t stand coming here anymore—this will definitely be my last visit. Also, the whole time an employee was on the phone while servicing customers… outrageous and laughable.

    Absolutely terrible service. Couldn’t get through drive through because my truck height yet they wouldn’t even bother acknowledging me at the door.

    Worst experience ever waited in the drive thru for our drinks for about 20 minutes they had our drinks sitting at the window nobody ever came and brought them to us. Then when we tried to come in the doors were locked and we waited for someone to come to the door they gave us melted drinks and claimed they were remade. They said they thought we rode off from the window but nobody even came to check at all.

    Coffee good as usual. Store was a mess, and it looked as though the casual laid-back staff didn't care too much that it was. Screen time over clean time!!!!
