While we're waiting for her to acknowledge that she got our order she insisted she was listening. After she read back our order we explained we wanted 2 of the same coffee. She said she got them both. We get to the window and get one coffee. Then she says "do you want this one? It's almost the same as your order." How about the coffee I ordered?
