This store is beyond disgusting there is reports of using bleach by customers in their garbage and knowing they got reported to code enforcement a week ago THEY still FAILED an INSPECTION they had no Sanitizer or food safe cleaner for their dishes so even though they knew they were going to be inspected they still didn't care about your safety as a consumer be warned that means all the food trays and machines are not being cleaned with anything but water per CODE ENFORCEMENT they have been fined if you don't want to get sick avoid it at all costs

Manager Kassandra is rude and absolutely volatile she has the management skills of a penguin. I’ve worked in hospitality several years, and this location would fail every single secret shop. Poor management, poor team, poor customer service.

The Boston Cream had barely any cream, and the jelly doughnut had almost no jelly. This seems to be the trend lately. Prices up, portions down. Classic shrinkflation. Nothing against the staff, but the quality just isn’t what it used to be. Honestly, giving it three stars overall feels generous.
