- AAAhmad ADec 14, 20251.0Yea I waited 15 minutes just now on a Sunday around 2:15 pm with a few cars behind me in the drive thru waited about 10 minutes thinking that they are busy and no one helped me and I went ahead and ordered myself through the speaker only to hear “anything else” so I drove to the window and I find out the 2 girls Hispanic looking are having a conversation of their life and ignoring us customers I work in management and I would discipline them if this happened. Oh and also ignored the cars behind me just like how they treated me.

The girl that took our order was very rude, and despite repeating the order multiple times, it was incorrect when we received it. When we asked to have the order corrected she rolled her eyes and the drinks came out a mess.

They added sugar free vanilla instead of french and the manager did not let the employee add in the pump of vanilla without a receipt even though I had just bought the drink an hour ago. I was not about to argue with someone incompetent like that manager

Finally someone very rude answers the phone and refuses to take a pick up order for the next day of 4 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of coffee. He stated I'm too busy to take a phone order and hung up on me. Rude, horrible, and no respect for paying customers. I ordered at another local Dunkin, which was more than happy to get my order.
