The line got so long they were yelling at the other people waiting in line. They need to train on customer service and how to make the food so it’s not cold. After made the second time it was still cold. Part of their issue is the speaker is so bad in the drive thru and then the Ac compressor running you can’t hear a word. This still doesn’t excuse bad service and not providing what is customer orders. So sad as I like Dunkin. The bright side is my coffee was made correctly.
