  On the weekends customer service is bad I could not get my food because The employee canceled my order because they didn’t understand how to rang up The six dollar meal deal the drink and a wake up wrap and six hashbrowns I only added oak milk and cold foam and I wanted to order another wake up wrap. The wrap with chipotle sauce But I did not know it was a but I did not know was he still in season? and when I try to help her out because I used to work at a Dunkin she disrespected me. When I came to the window, trying to explain it, she was still rude to me, told me in my face that she would cancel my order and I can go somewhere else bye-bye and saying a whole bunch of other stuff disrespecting me and then slams the windows in my face It made me so upset.She have very long hair. She had two braids going back and she had tattoos. Smh I just came from the hospital to

  This is the lady who was going to serve me thank God I refused after looking at the reviews. (I didn’t take this pic I found it in the reviews but this is what her hair color (white highlights ) looked like) Tuesday 1:50-2:02pm I waited at the drive-thru speaker for about 3 minutes with no response. I politely said “hello” once and “excuse me” once because I could not hear anyone and believed the speaker might be broken. I never heard an employee tell me to wait. So I decided let me go tell them. After driving to the window and waiting another 3 minutes, and smiling when I saw her walk by (it looked busy and I was obviously going to be understanding incase she was working alone) the employee aggressively opened the window (NO HELLO) and said “I told u many times to hold on” and accused me of “hello’ing over and over,” which is untrue. She spoke over me with a nasty attitude, would not let me explain that I couldn’t hear her, said “whatever, what do you want,” I shockingly said “I think I’m okay” then she mocked me with “that’s what I thought” and slammed the window shut. (As she was giving attitude I was repeatedly apologizing for no reason as a stress response) I went back around to the window finally sticking up for myself just simply telling her she didn’t have to be so rude and it’s not hard to be nice, she said threatening things like “what are you gonna do about it,” “this is life,” and “pray about it.” This behavior was hostile, intimidating, and completely inappropriate. I don’t remember life including dunkin donut employees being bully’s for absolutely no reason….? Right? Right. That’s no excuse for unnecessary disrespect. I was polite, patient, and understanding the entire time. The interaction caused severe anxiety and led to a panic attack shortly after, creating a safety concern while driving. No customer should be treated this way.

  This place is horrible! I ordered a mobile order pick up in store and they locked the doors so you can’t go in. I had to wait in line at the drive through. When I go To the speaker no one is there. Yelling hello hello no one there. Drove to the window and she goes give me a minute and proceeds to NOW take someone’s order. If you want to be late to work this is the place to go!

  Crowded little establishment. Not enough plug outlets to keep My business going. Prices are rising in coffee beans and the service is diminishing

  If an evil spirit was a person it would be the both girls working here please if someone makes a drink with so much hate leave it ! No person should ever hate there job or life that much will be praying for them smh
