    My friend went through the drive-through while I went inside. She ordered loaded hashbrowns and received only a couple of hashbrowns covered in an excessive amount of cheese sauce, with no bacon. When she went back through the drive-through to ask about it, the woman working there stated that there was no bacon and claimed that “the whole point of loaded hashbrowns is the cheese,” which was inaccurate. While this was happening, I was inside ordering the same item. I watched the same employee place my hashbrowns in the oven, then proceed to take and complete two other orders for drive-through customers. My hashbrowns were removed from the oven and left sitting out for about 10 minutes, getting cold. I eventually spoke to a manager and explained that I had been waiting for quite some time. The manager was very helpful and immediately remade my hashbrowns with bacon, which directly contradicted what the drive-through employee had said about bacon not being available. The fresh hashbrowns were delicious, and I appreciated that the manager chose not to serve food that had been sitting out and getting cold. While I’m grateful for the manager’s professionalism and assistance, the behavior and misinformation from the drive-through employee were frustrating and unacceptable.
