  I went this morning January 6th with my 8 years old child to have breakfast in this Fletcher Dunkin Donut and encountered a very rude unhappy girl who took our order. I asked for a Decaf coffee with Hazel Nut shot, and other food. I paid and she came and told me I don't have Hazelnut shot. I drunk the Decaf thinking it was Decaf, but when I looked at the cup's label, it was not a Decaf. It was Original Coffee. 100% she did this on purpose as she got an attitude from the first sentence she asked me when she said what did you ask? I said Milk, she though I said something else. So rude. I asked for a manager and she aid with an attitude walking away: "there is no manager here". No eye contact, no respect, so rude.

  Every time i order the hash-browns they taste like they were scraped off the bottom of the oven. They are not appetizing. Please clean your oven or something

  It’s very sad as I have visited this location many times before and something definitely has changed. The bathroom was very nasty. Wished I went in there before we ordered. The cook placed order on the counter and it fell to the floor. They had to remake the order. The girl in the back kept eating while preparing our meals. All of the cups of coffee ordered were not hot. Both Vanilla bean was discussing in taste. Ordered bagels and was given croissants. Informed staff that my meal needed to be halal yet they place it in bag with other meals that contained pork. Praying we don’t get sick from this place.

  I truly feel that writing this review is not only well deserved by the staff, but worth my time to write. I left the Bob Sierra YMCA this morning and thought of my daughter and grandson coming by the house to help me with a computer issue. They are DONUT-HOLICS and I thought of the gift card in my wallet. As I already live off Fletcher, I immediately thought of this location. As I drove east on Fletcher, I saw what looked like a dozen cars backed up from the drive-thru window, coming out the drive, and backed up to Fletcher. You can imagine my first thought..."how long is this going to take." I drove past the line, turned in the front entrance, and parked my car. I saw that there was only table with a customer. I think there were four people working like a well-trained team, handling all of those customers in line. I was immediately acknowledged, but commented that I was not in a hurry, for them to finish up what they had going on. I was so impressed on how well they worked together. I don't think it was much more than 5min before the line was cleared and everyone slowed to take a breath. I was immediately thanked for waiting...I did not get her name. She put together the donuts for my family with the enthusiasm that she and the others had shown this entire time. I complimented and thanked her profusely and said that they all truly deserved a review written. She showed immediate excitement over my words and thanked me. It was such a pleasure watching this team not only doing their job well, but showing they truly enjoy their work! They were so refreshing to what we often see in the service industry!!
